We have extensive international know-how in recruiting for the IT sector, this is the field in which our service has greatest added value. However, MiNDS has also serviced successfully many companies in the financial field and we are still taking job assignments in that sector.
There is no fixed duration of the selection process. It may vary from a couple of days to several months, depending on the level of the position, the individual selection procedures of the company that has the vacancy, the number of interviewing rounds and the decision making structure of the IT company. However, MiNDS recruiters stay with the candidates throughout the process and provide continuing support and information, until the signing of the contract and even afterwards.
A CV is a formal document that makes it easier for us to understand what your skills and qualifications are. However, a lot of the information that we use to find out what type of job is most suitable for you, is not included in standard CV formats. MiNDS is a company that relies on personal contact and informal discussion with candidates, so for us the CV is not an absolute necessity. If you don't have one, we can write it together and customise it for the particular job that you might be applying for.
Any contact of a good IT specialist that you provide is welcome. However, please note that MiNDS has high ethical standards and does not approach specialists from the companies that we recruit for. We are committed to building strong IT teams in our client-companies and do not encourage unloyal employee practices.
